Have someone (a friend or mechanic) help you if necessary. Most information can be obtained from; I.D. plate(s) under hood, on drivers side door jamb (or end of door), and/or there could be a sticker in the glove box or trunk. Some information can be found in your owners manual and on your registration slip, however, a visual inspection will be necessary for other needed facts. PERFORMANCE ADDITIONS

If you have added to, or modified, your vehicle in any way, please list all modifications on back of form. Example; aftermarket carb. or manifold, headers, different engine, etc... We provide oil and cooling capacities, plug gap, point gap (if used), firing order and timing, for a quick reference on the card.

After completion; mail this form, a picture of the vehicle and check or money order for $19.95 (we pay postage and handling) to: RandMco, 1405 4th street west, Kalispell MT 59901. All information is kept on file (confidentially of course). We do not use any information for mailing lists. Also you will receive a numbered sticker that corresponds to the number on your card (to be kept in a safe place) for ordering duplicate cards. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

HELP SECTION

(1). See registration slip, door jamb, plate under hood or visible through windshield on drivers side. (2). License plate number. (3). Date of manufacture, found on plate or sticker on door jamb. (4). Example: Chevy, Ford, Nissan, etc... (5). Example: Cutlass, F150, CVCC, etc...(6). 2 door, stepside, station wagon, hatchback, etc... (7). Size; Cubic inches, liters, cc's, etc..., also # of cylinders, see sticker under hood, sometimes on fan shroud or valve cover. (8). Fuel inj., turbo, 2 or 4 barrel carb.,etc... see sticker under hood, on fan shroud, air cleaner or visual inspection. (9). Automatic, manual, 4sp., 5sp., etc... get trans. code if possible and/or specify TH350, C6, etc... (10). Japan, Canada, Calif., etc..., see ID plate on door jamb or under hood, or we can usually decipher for you. (11). Front, rear, 4X4, all wheel drive. (12). In inches, check ID plate on door jamb, or measure from center of front wheel to center of back wheel. (13). Speficy Disc or drum, usually found by visual inspection. (14). Located on side of tire, raised numbers and letters, i.e. P185/70R14, HR78-15, etc..., could be two different sizes. (15). For trucks, dual rear wheels, yes or no. (16). Give length of wiper, speeds and if delay or pulse type. (17). Single, dual or special exhaust. (18). ID plate under hood specifies CATALYST, or only unleaded fuel is to be used. (19). Circle all that apply, halogen will be printed on front of glass, if special type, (twist in bulb style), give number if possible. (20). See plate under hood, sticker in glove box, sometimes in trunk, if repaint, give brand of paint, color name and/or number if known.
